Job description:\nWe are looking for a SAP Technical Leader with experience in development, customizing, transport orders and good SAP practices, with at least 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.\nThe professional will be responsible for technically guiding the team, participating in architectural decisions and ensuring the correct implementation of technological solutions within the SAP ecosystem.\nMain responsibilities:\nGuiding the team in complex and specific technical aspects, participating in architectural decisions, technologies and best development/configuration practices.\nCollaborate with Platform towers, Discipline teams and operation support areas to resolve complex technical problems associated with the products.\nBe a technical reference for the product and responsible for technical communication with stakeholders and other teams.\nParticipate in effort estimates and sprint planning with Product Owners and the work team.\nEnsure the correct transmission of technical knowledge, standards and good practices to the team.\nCollaborate in the delivery continuous development of high quality solutions.\nParticipate in technical feasibility evaluations and proposals for process improvements and application solutions.\nCollaborate in the definition and estimation of product evolutions according to business needs.\nMandatory skills:\nExperience in SAP Development\nKnowledge in SAP customizing\nManagement of transportation orders\nKnowledge of SAP good practices\nMinimum 4 years experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations\nSkills valued:\nExperience leading technical teams\nKnowledge of SAP architectures\nExperience working with agile methodologies\nWork modality:\n Remote.
