Technical Leader
with solid experience in software development and team leadership to coordinate technological initiatives, ensure the technical quality of solutions and support the team in making architectural decisions.
You will be responsible for ensuring good practices, scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Functions of the position
Technically lead the development team (backend / frontend / fullstack as applicable).
Design and validate scalable and maintainable architectures.
Define development standards, good practices and technical guidelines.
Participate in technical design and code review decisions.
Coordinate technical tasks within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Technically support SSR and SR developers.
Interact with technical and business stakeholders.
Detect technical risks and propose solutions.
Ensure quality, performance and security in implemented solutions.

Position requirements
+5 years of experience in software development.
+2 years as technical or referent leader.
Solid experience in:
Backend: (Node.js / Go / .NET / )
Frontend: (React)
REST Architectures / Microservices
SQL and/o NoSQL databases
Experience with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD and good DevOps practices.
Experience working under agile methodologies.

Optional
