Job Description

We are looking for a Life Claims Adjuster with verifiable experience in evaluating and resolving cases, responsible for analyzing, determining and managing the payment of claims, ensuring compliance with policy conditions and current regulations.\nThe main focus of the role will be on the settlement of life claims, especially in cases of greater complexity, requiring a high level of technical analysis and professional judgment.\nMain functions\nEvaluate and manage life insurance claims (individual and/or collective)\nAnalyze policy coverage and determine origin of the incident\nCalculate compensation in accordance with contractual conditions\nManage cases associated with death, deductions and other life accidents\nReview medical, legal and contractual history in complex cases\nManage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting established deadlines\nManage internal requests, emails and claims channeled by management\nMaintain registration and monitoring of cases in systems internal\nRequirements (EXCLUSIVE)\nDirect experience in settlement of life (non-health) claims\nManagement of claims associated with:\nDeath\nRelief\nInheritance tax\nExperience in policy analysis and coverage determination\nExperience in calculating compensation\nDesirable requirements\nExperience in managing complex cases, such as:\nIllnesses serious\nOncological cases\nExperience handling high volume of claims\nManagement of Office tools \nKey skills\nHigh level of analysis and technical criteria\nOrder and rigor in management\nAbility to resolve complex cases\nAutonomy and responsibility\nGood internal communication management\n We offer\nHybrid modality with flexibility\nInitial training to ensure adaptation to the role\nJoin a team specialized in life insurance life\nStability and professional development.\nWorking Conditions: \nMode: Hybrid\n1 day in person: Thursday\nRemote mode the rest of the week\nImportant: During the first 2 to 3 weeks, the modality will be 100% in person due to the training and induction process\nWorking day\nMonday to Thursday: 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\nFriday: 09:00 to 13:00 hrs",
