Seeing our employees happy and comfortable is one of our top priorities.\nLocation: Colombia - Remote\nEnvironment: Colombian and International Teams\nLanguage: English Advanced\nSchedule: Early start, 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM Colombia (4:00 AM or 5:00 AM PT) Monday - Friday\nSalary: $3,000,000 COP - $3,500,000 COP\n\nRole Summary:\nEnsure end-to-end shipment visibility and operational flow by providing proactive client updates, accurate tracking/tracing, on-time port scheduling, and complete documentation in the TMS to support dispatch, customer satisfaction, and billing.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide timely, accurate client updates on driver and shipment status.\nTrack and trace containers; maintain real-time visibility in the TMS.\nSchedule and coordinate port appointments and required entries.\nUpload images and supporting documentation into the TMS for accounting/invoicing.\nMaintain organized, accurate records and update systems promptly.\nSupport dispatch and day-to-day logistics administrative tasks.\nFacilitate smooth communication between drivers, customers, and internal teams.\nQualifications:\nExperience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch support\nStrong knowledge of tracking & tracing, scheduling, or appointment setting\nExperience using TMS or similar logistics systems.\nExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nDetail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.\nProficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry\nWhat success looks like (first 60 days):\nCustomers receive timely, professional, and accurate updates.\nContainers are consistently tracked and traced; exceptions flagged early.\nPort appointments are scheduled correctly and on time.\nDocumentation is uploaded promptly and accurately to enable on-time invoicing.\nCommunications with drivers, customers, and internal teams are organized and efficient.\nDay-to-day logistics support tasks are handled with minimal oversight and high accuracy.",
