Seeing our employees happy and comfortable is one of our top priorities.\nLocation: Barranquilla, Colombia - Remote\nEnvironment: Colombian and International Teams\nLanguage: English Advanced\nFull-time / Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm EST\nSalary: $2,000,000 COP - $2,500,000 COP\n\nAbout the Role\nWere looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with experience in logistics and drayage operations to support our team by accurately inputting and managing essential shipment data across internal systems. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination of drayage movements and maintaining reliable, up-to-date operational records.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAccept loads on the customers portal within 2 hours of receipt and log them into our internal system.\nAccurately enter and update data into company platforms such as TM3, Airtable, spreadsheets, or other internal tools.\nVerify the accuracy of incoming data and perform corrections or status updates as needed.\nMaintain organized digital records to ensure accessibility and data security.\nCollaborate with the operations team to review records and rate information for accuracy and completeness.\nIdentify and correct errors using appropriate quality control procedures.\nConduct regular data audits to maintain integrity and consistency across systems.\nRetrieve and provide data to authorized personnel in a timely and efficient manner.\nGenerate routine reports and summaries from databases as required.\nAdhere to all data security, confidentiality protocols, and privacy regulations.\n\nQualifications:\nPrevious experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or drayage operations is required.\nExperience handling shipment data, load tracking, or carrier/port coordination.\nFamiliarity with logistics documents such as BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, etc.\nHigh attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.\nProficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Airtable; experience with TM3 is a plus.\nComfortable working with deadlines and time-sensitive tasks.\nAbility to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.\nStrong written and verbal communication in English.\nUnderstanding of data privacy laws and confidentiality best practices.\n\nBenefits:\nFully remote work environment.\nDynamic and collaborative team culture.\nOpportunities for growth within a logistics-focused company.",
