About the Role

WERELO is a fast-growing logistics company operating in North America. We are building a scalable operational engine based on clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a Logistics Systems Architect to design, structure, and optimize our last-mile and fulfillment operations. This is not a dispatcher role. During the initial phase, you will temporarily participate in dispatch to deeply understand real workflows and constraints before fully focusing on system design.

This role is ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who enjoys building operational systems from scratch and is on a fast track to Operations Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end logistics processes and operational workflows.
Create SOPs, routing logic, escalation paths, and performance standards.
Analyze operational data and define KPIs (cost per delivery, on-time rate, cycle time).
Apply Lean principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales teams.
Requirements

Background in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.
Mandatory experience in the international logistics sector.
Strong analytical and system design skills.
Advanced Excel (Power BI / SQL is a plus).
Experience designing processes or operational systems.
High ownership, critical thinking, and learning speed.
