Requirements:

-English level C2 (fluent in all aspects: oral and written).

-Fast and accurate writing.

-Ability to analyze information and make decisions quickly.

-Clear, professional and customer-oriented communication.

-Previous experience in support or customer service will be valued.

Responsibilities:

-Attention and support to users through chat.

-Efficient resolution of queries and incidents.

-Management of a high volume of messages.

-Maintenance of high quality standards in service.
