Job Description

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based IT Solutions company seeking a Marketing & Advertising Specialist to strengthen DRI’s B2B market positioning and actively support pipeline growth through consistent, measurable marketing initiatives.

This role exists to ensure marketing efforts are closely aligned with sales objectives and pipeline stages, not limited to content creation or surface-level engagement. You will work cross-functionally with sales and design teams to drive lead quality, campaign performance, and predictable contribution to revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how B2B marketing supports demand generation, lead qualification, and pipeline progression in an IT / services environment.

Core Responsibilities
B2B Marketing & Advertising Execution
•\ Plan, execute, and continuously optimize B2B marketing campaigns (paid and organic) to support pipeline growth.
•\ Strengthen DRI’s B2B positioning through consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and audience targeting.
•\ Prioritize lead quality over lead volume, focusing on relevance, intent, and sales readiness.
•\ Ensure marketing initiatives align with pipeline stages (MQL / SQL) and sales workflows.
Campaign & Performance Management
•\ Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations based on results.
•\ Track and report on non-vanity metrics that demonstrate contribution to pipeline health.
•\ Maintain campaign structure, attribution, and tracking discipline across platforms.
Content & Messaging Consistency
•\ Ensure consistent content output in terms of cadence, messaging, and relevance to target B2B audiences.
•\ Coordinate content efforts across channels to support lead nurturing and pipeline progression.
•\ Translate technical IT services into clear, sales-aligned marketing messaging.
Sales & Design Collaboration
•\ Work closely with sales to support lead qualification, pipeline progression, and opportunity development.
•\ Provide marketing support for proposals, sales decks, and client-facing materials.
•\ Collaborate with the design team to ensure marketing assets are visually aligned, clear, and effective.

Tools & Platforms
Experience with or working knowledge of the following is expected:
•\ LinkedIn Campaign Manager
•\ Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
•\ Google Tag Manager (GTM)
•\ Google Search Console
•\ Looker Studio (or equivalent reporting tools)
•\ CRM discipline (lead stages, UTMs, attribution, pipeline tracking)
•\ Basic marketing automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n (nice to have)

Scope & Expectations
•\ This is a hands-on role focused on execution, optimization, and measurement.
•\ Not a strategy-only, branding-only, or community-only position.
•\ Marketing is expected to directly support revenue growth and pipeline health.
•\ Success in this role is measured by impact, not activity.

Performance Evaluation Criteria
•\ Campaign performance and ongoing optimization.
•\ Lead quality and contribution to a healthy, progressing sales pipeline.
•\ Engagement across priority B2B channels (measured through non-vanity metrics).
•\ Consistency and reliability of content delivery.
•\ Effectiveness of collaboration with sales and design teams.

Qualifications
•\ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
•\ Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or advertising roles.
•\ English proficiency at C1 level or higher (required); Spanish is a plus.
•\ Experience with B2B, IT, SaaS, or technology-driven companies is highly valued.
•\ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes.
•\ Comfortable working in a structured, remote environment with clear accountability.
