Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Content Manager with experience in customer marketing, social proof, content creation, and storytelling. This role is responsible for developing testimonials, case studies, customer stories, and other content that strengthens brand credibility and supports the customer journey. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing structured processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize customer-focused marketing content such as case studies, testimonials, reviews, and customer stories.
Conduct interviews with clients to gather insights and turn them into compelling narratives.
Manage and maintain an organized library of marketing materials and assets.
Support customer marketing initiatives by gathering feedback, monitoring reviews, and developing social proof strategies.
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment.
Understand marketing funnels and how content supports each stage of the customer journey.
Maintain brand consistency across all content formats.
Support process design, workflow optimization, and documentation of repeatable content strategies.
Perform basic video trimming or editing for testimonial clips when required.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in marketing, content creation, customer marketing, or related roles.
Strong storytelling, interviewing, and writing skills.
Experience managing structured content libraries and documentation.
Ability to organize information, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey stages.
Basic video editing skills.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality.
English level B2 or higher.
