This role offers the opportunity to directly impact global brand growth through high-impact digital strategies, performance-oriented marketing, and content that influences patient trust and decision-making.\nAbout the Role\nThe Digital Marketing Specialist will be the execution and optimization engine behind TreVita's digital strategy. This role transforms internal objectives and strategic guidelines into high-performance digital campaigns, valuable content and conversion-oriented actions, always maintaining the brand's premium positioning.\nWe are looking for a proactive, analytical and results-oriented person, capable of managing multiple channels and guaranteeing excellence in each digital touch point.\nMain responsibilities\nCampaign strategy and execution\nBuild and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, landing pages, SMS, social networks and automations) using CRM and marketing platforms automation.\nManage and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (budgets, performance and reporting).\nPerform QA prior to launch: copies, links, tracking, attribution and automation flows.\nDefine, analyze and report KPIs (CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates), proposing optimization improvements.\nExecute A/B tests, content iterations and new campaign ideas aligned with voice brand premium.\nContent and creativity\nWrite, edit and publish emails, landing pages, blog articles, whitepapers and customer-oriented content.\nManage the social media calendar: copies, CTAs, scheduling and engagement analysis.\nCreate or adapt graphics and short videos using Canva or Adobe tools (or coordinating with external providers).\nDevelop authority content: success stories, guides, FAQs, patient stories and pieces educational.\nBrand and reputation\nCollect and reuse patient reviews, testimonials and success stories.\nEnsure consistency of tone and message with TreVita's luxury and concierge positioning.\nSupport initiatives with influencers, referral programs and loyalty strategies.\nWeb, SEO and integrations\nUpdate and optimize website content, landing pages, forms, tracking and plugins.\nExecute practical SEO tasks (meta descriptions, keywords, loading of blogs) and monitor results with Semrush and Google Search Console.\nCollaborate with UX and development teams to ensure a solid conversion experience and correct measurement.\nRequirements\n34 years of experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing (strategy + execution).\nPractical experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot highly desirable).\nDemonstrable management of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn).\nExcellent skills of copywriting and editing in English and Spanish.\nUse of Canva and/or Adobe, and analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).\nOrganized, detailed profile and capable of managing multiple deliverables autonomously.\nFluent English and native or advanced Spanish.\nDesirable\nExperience in healthcare, wellness, medical tourism or travel.\nKnowledge of SEO, ABM and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).\nExperience with influencers, partnerships or affiliate programs.\nKnowledge of WordPress or other CMS.",
