Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our property marketing and listing operations. This role will primarily manage tasks within AppFolio (AF) and coordinate the operational steps required to bring rental listings to market and keep them updated across platforms such as Zillow.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple listings at once. This person will act as the operational hub for listing setup, photography coordination, and listing updates to ensure properties go live quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
Listing Management
Complete and maintain marketing information for properties in AppFolio

Ensure new listings are published and live on listing platforms (e.g., Zillow)

Update property listings, descriptions, and marketing details as needed

Update property status in AppFolio to ensure alignment across internal teams

Maintain and update waitlists for properties

Photography & Listing Preparation
Coordinate and order photography for new listings

Manage photo staging requests, Photoshop edits, and staging adjustments

Ensure listing photos meet marketing standards before publishing

Property Setup & Operational Support
Order and manage lockboxes for properties

Assist with onboarding vacant properties into the marketing system

Track listings and flag issues including:

Waitlist updates

Lockbox issues

Maintenance concerns affecting listing readiness

Listing Tracking & Coordination
Monitor listings to ensure they remain accurate and active

Coordinate across teams to resolve listing-related issues

Maintain organized tracking of listing status and readiness

Qualifications
Strong organizational and task management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple listings and tasks simultaneously

Comfortable working in property management or listing platforms (AppFolio experience preferred)

Experience coordinating vendors or service providers (photographers, staging, etc.)

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Experience
Experience working with AppFolio

Familiarity with Zillow and rental listing platforms

Experience in property management, real estate operations, or listing coordination

Experience working with virtual assistants or operational workflows
