Authority Brand is a direct-response marketing agency that helps law firms dominate their markets through aggressive lead generation and strategic video marketing. We build conversion machines that turn ad spend into signed cases.
We're looking for a Marketing Systems Specialist who lives at the intersection of 3 critical skills:
GoHighLevel funnel building
Workflow automations, Make.com/Webhook integrations
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram Ads) execution and optimization
We have proven playbooks, winning ad copy templates, video frameworks, and a creative team to support you. But we DON'T need someone who just copy-pastes. Every client is different - different practice area, CRM setup, local market, brand voice. You need to understand
why
our templates work so you can adapt them intelligently.
We give you the skeleton - you build the body. You'll work with our CMO, Account Managers, and Creative team. This role requires ownership, critical thinking, and a "zero-error" mindset.

Your Core Responsibilities
Your day revolves around three interconnected areas: building funnels, connecting systems, and managing ad performance. You're the technical architect who ensures everything works together seamlessly - from building the GHL funnel to launching ads to verifying every lead flows perfectly from click to CRM.
GoHighLevel Funnel Building & Deployment:
Deploy GHL funnels tailored to each client's practice area (snapshots, workflows, custom values, triggers)
Make basic design edits in Photoshop or AI tools to polish logos, headshots, and funnel assets
Install tracking pixels and scripts on WordPress sites (across various themes and configurations)
Workflow Automation & Integration Engineering:
Connect lead capture to legal CRMs (LeadDocket, Clio) using Make.com, n8n, or Webhooks
Handle JSON payloads, API calls, and custom field mapping for unique client CRM setups
Build automated Google Sheets reports using Apps Script for real-time lead quality tracking
Maintain and repair ClickUp automations that power our internal workflows
Proactively monitor Make.com execution logs to catch issues before they escalate
Meta Ads Execution & Optimization:
Launch and manage Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns using our proven frameworks
Adapt ad copy to match client voice and local market dynamics (personal injury in Miami requires different execution than family law in Austin)
Daily performance analysis - make strategic decisions on audiences, bids, and budgets to hit target CPL
Install and troubleshoot Facebook CAPI and tracking pixels
Build custom and lookalike audiences; manage retargeting campaigns
Support Google Ads retargeting for cross-platform omnipresence
Backend Operations & Innovation:
Collaborate with Account Managers to solve client-specific technical issues
Partner with Creative Team to brief for video edits or custom graphic assets
Build internal tools and systems that improve agency efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
GoHighLevel Experience:
Hands-on experience building funnels, workflows, and automations (snapshots, custom fields, trigger logic).
Integration Tools:
Proven experience with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier (understanding Webhooks, JSON payloads, and API troubleshooting).
Meta Ads Management:
You've launched and managed Facebook/Meta campaigns (setup, budgets, audiences, pixels, optimization).
English Proficiency:
Near-native reading/writing is non-negotiable (you'll be adapting ad copy and communicating with US teams daily).
Availability:
Must overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours (9 AM - 6 PM CST, Monday-Friday).
Ownership Mindset:
You're meticulous, proactive, and own outcomes. Small mistakes cost clients thousands - we need a "zero-error" mindset with low ego and high responsibility.
Desirable Skills & Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, agency environments, or lead generation roles
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to troubleshoot code, optimize workflows, or solve technical challenges
Familiarity with legal CRM platforms (LeadDocket, Clio, or similar integration experience)
Google Ads experience (a plus, not required) - specifically audience building, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking
Google Apps Script or similar scripting experience for building automated reports and dashboards
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and how they inform optimization decisions
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and a methodical approach to scaling campaigns
Track record of building internal automations or backend tools that eliminate manual team tasks
Conditions
Pay:
$1,800–$2,200 USD/month (fixed salary based on experience)
Position Type:
Full-time contractor (40 hours/week), long-term
