Position: Medical Biller Telephone Operator\nObjective: Answer calls and emails related to medical billing, resolving doubts and managing patient requests and complaints.\n Schedule:\nMonday to Friday: COLOMBIA 11AM-8PM IN MARCH 10AM-7PM) (includes 1 hour of lunch).\n Salary: $3,000,000 COP monthly.\n Modality: 100% remote (you must pick up the equipment at the nearest location).\n Responsibilities:\n Answer calls and emails from patients regarding medical billing.\n Resolve concerns about deductibles, copays and collection processes.\n Explain medical billing terms and procedures clearly.\n Manage patient requests and complaints with professionalism. \n Mandatory Requirements:\n Minimum experience of 1 full year in medical billing (Medical Billing) in the same role/job.\n English B2+ or higher, with solid vocabulary in the medical and billing area.\n Knowledge of systems such as IMS (main), Amazing Charts, NextGen, Biller MD, ECW, INSYNC, among others.",
