Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent English level is required.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\n\nDuties:\n Supervise, coach, and support medical billing team members\n Review end-of-day reports and daily billing metrics\n Assist with complex accounts, denials, appeals, and escalations\n Oversee and manage billing claims from submission through payment and\nfollow up on unpaid/underpaid claims\n Delegate work and balance workloads to meet deadlines\n Oversee the day to day billing and claims follow up\n Email clients regarding billing issues and resolutions\n Report operational/compliance issues to the CEO\n Collaborate with the CEO on workflow improvements and revenue optimization\n Ensure compliance with payer guidelines, HIPAA, and internal policies\n Track KPIs and prepare performance reports\n\nWhat Were Looking For:\n 35+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle management\n 13+ years in a supervisory/management role\n Strong knowledge of claims, denials management, appeals, and payer rules\n Experience with EHR/PM systems and billing software\n Experience in navigating insurance portals for claims status\n Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent\ncritical thinking\n Highly organized with strong attention to detail\n Comfortable working directly with executive leadership\n\nNice to Have:\n CPC, CPB, or similar certification\n Experience improving billing workflows or implementing process improvements\nStrong reporting/analytics experience (KPIs, productivity metrics)",
