Job Description
Provide telephone care and follow-up to patients in order to collect relevant clinical information, clarify doubts and support research processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and an empathetic and professional care experience.
Make outbound calls to patients to collect medical information and data required for research processes.
Verify, update and document clinical information in established systems (CRM and internal platforms).
Resolve patient doubts related to studies, processes or basic medical information.
Guarantee confidentiality and correct handling of sensitive information.
Record each interaction in detail in the corresponding systems.
Comply with quality, productivity and response time metrics.
Participate in initial in-person training and ongoing training.
Collaborate with the research team and other areas to ensure the quality of the data collected.
Requirements:
Graduated General Physician (current exequatur if applicable).
Advanced English C1–C2 (fluent spoken and written).
Management of Microsoft 365, GSuite, CRM and calling platforms.
Schedule availability (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
Remote modality with initial in-person training.
Good communication, empathy and patient service skills.
