Job Description

The control desk will be in charge of monitoring and having administrative control of the hiring processes and personnel movements, ensuring that the information is complete, correct and communicated in a timely manner to the areas involved.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Reception and validation of information: Objective: Have complete files before processing any movement.
- Receive contractual information on new income from the corresponding area.
- Verify that the documentation is complete, current and legible.
- Follow up on missing documents until the file is completed.
- Digitize files in the corresponding tool.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital file.
- in the preparation of documentation for internal audits.

2. Capture and monitoring in the system: Objective: Guarantee that the information is correctly recorded in a timely manner.
- Register registrations in the system
- Support in the scheduling of contract signing.
- Update internal databases.

3. Communication and operational monitoring:
Objective: Keep the areas involved in the process aligned.
- Inform via email to the Management, Operations and Commercial areas about new revenues.
- Follow up on administrative pending issues related to the registration process.
- Support mass migrations under direct supervision.

4. Database control for client:
Objective: Guarantee reliability and traceability in the information reported to the client.
- Maintain control and continuous updating of the database with operational and administrative information that is shared with the client.
- Validate that the information sent is correct, consistent and aligned with internal records.
