Middleware and Platform Modernization

We are looking for a Middleware and Performance expert who combines critical operation and technological modernization. You will be the guarantor of the stability of mission-critical systems (WebLogic/JBoss) through advanced fine tuning and, at the same time, you will lead the migration to containers (Kubernetes) and the progressive adoption of a DevSecOps culture, increasing operational performance and modernizing software delivery.

Key responsibilities
-Performance and High Availability Engineering
-Advanced Fine Tuning in JBoss EAP and Oracle WebLogic (JVM, Garbage Collection, Thread Pools).
-Design and implementation of HA architectures and Disaster Recovery strategies.
-Diagnosis and resolution of bottlenecks in production, going from reactive to predictive.
- Modernization: From Monolith to Containers
-Manage and orchestrate applications in Kubernetes / OpenShift.
-Lead migration of legacy services to containerized microservices without affecting uptime.
- Automation and DevSecOps
-Design robust CI/CD pipelines integrating security testing from early phases (Shift Left Security).
-Automate repetitive provisioning and configuration tasks (IaC with Ansible or Terraform).
-Evangelize and train development and operations teams in DevSecOps.

Ideal profile
- Technological Stack / Hard Skills
-Middleware: Expert in JBoss EAP and Oracle WebLogic (clusters, domains, datasources).
-Orchestration: Solid experience in Kubernetes in production.
-Operating Systems: Advanced Linux (RHEL/CentOS), kernel tuning and network stack.
-Observability: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic.
-CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven/Gradle, Docker.
-Scripting/Automation: Bash, Python, Ansible.

-Analytical mindset: read thread dumps and heap dumps to quickly identify root causes.
-Strategic vision: propose hardware and software efficiency roadmaps.
