El Role: Semi-Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Modality: Hybrid / Remote
Mission: Design, build and operate robust AI solutions, focused on the integration of LLMs (including OpenAI APIs) and high-performance backend development.
What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a university technical profile with a minimum of 2 years of experience in software development and a solid foundation in ML/AI engineering.

1. Software Engineering & Backend (Core)

Advanced command of Python (experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask).
Proven experience in the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and Microservices Architectures.
Management of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

2. Artificial Intelligence & LLMs

Practical experience in integrating and fine-tuning AI/LLM models into production products.
Knowledge of LLM Frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph) for orchestrating GenAI applications.
Direct experience in integrating OpenAI APIs and other AI services.

3. MLOps, Cloud & Scalability

Experience with containers (Docker) and deploying in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP or, preferably, Azure).
Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD tools for automating deployments (e.g. ArgoCD, Opsera, Orion).
Ability to configure monitoring, logging and observability of AI services (e.g. Grafana, Dynatrace).
Knowledge of data processing technologies such as Apache Spark and Databricks (Valorable).
