At KaizenRH we are looking for ML/AI ENGINEER Senior to work within a leading software development company and for projects in the banking segment.

Requirements
+5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, with more than two years dedicated to MLOps in production.
Experience deploying RAG systems at scale.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
Technical English (oral and written).
Valuable experience in the financial sector or B2B technology consulting.
ML & Generative AI language and frameworks: Python 3.xx (types, Pydantic, AsyncIO) with scientific ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Polars).
Deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow 2.x/Keras, JAX/Flax.
GenAI agent and orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen.

Tasks
Design and maintain ML and LLM pipelines (training, fine-tuning, inference, retraining).
Deploy ML models in production.
Implement and govern vector stores and RAG pipelines to expose generative AI capabilities to corporate data.
Collaborate in the operation of the team (technical estimates, demos and RFPs).
Lead architecture reviews with a focus on scalability, resilience and compliance.
