NETCALL GROUP A leading company in the provision of services with more than 100 employees is looking for new talent for the position of:\nENTEL QUALITY MONITOR - MIXED TELEWORK (90% REMOTE-10% IN-Person)\nWORK SCHEDULE (FIXED - FULL TIME ONLY):\nMONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 8 AM TO 6 PM (range)\nRest FIXED SUNDAYS\nSalary:\n- COMPLETE PAYROLL S/.1200 with all legal benefits + VARIABLE S/.300\n- MONTHLY AND punctual payments\n- SHORT training (Cape schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM)\n- Career line\n- Corporate, educational and health agreements\n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n Basic knowledge of quality regulations.\n Experience of more than one year in the field of Telecommunications - Call Center (INDISPENSABLE)\n Technical or university studies in Administration or related fields are desirable (in progress or completed).\n Use of Excel (Basic - intermediate level).\n\nFUNCTIONS:\n Audit the correct compliance with quality processes through listening to calls from telephone advisors.\n Corroborate compliance with the parameters established in the quality policy. and/or requirements of our clients.\n Transmit the results and generate opportunities for improvement detected in the management of telephone advisors (Feedback).\n Coordinate and execute calibrations periodically with the work team.\n Sending reports and alerts of the advisors' listening.\n Support in other functions corresponding to the area.\n\n\nOFFER VALID ONLY FOR LIMA!!",
