Time: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Job Description:
We are looking for a monitor with experience in digital information analysis and social networks. The person will be responsible for following up on conversations, trends and relevant content on digital platforms, as well as generating analysis and reports.

Main functions:

Monitoring of social networks and digital media.
Identification of trends and relevant topics.
Analysis of information and generation of reports.
Monitoring digital conversations.
Research and analysis of content on social platforms.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communication or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in digital monitoring or analysis.
Minimum 2 years experience using Emplifi and Brandwatch.
Extensive knowledge and frequent use of social networks.
Analysis, research and active listening skills.
