About the role
As a .Net Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and maintaining end‑to‑end web applications that power scalable, secure, and modern digital experiences. You will be a valued member of our technology team and work collaboratively with architects, cloud engineers, UI developers, and product stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
In this role, you will:
Design and develop RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C#, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
Build and maintain Angular‑based web applications with responsive, user‑friendly UI components.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
Leverage Azure cloud services for application hosting, storage, and serverless components such as Azure Functions and Service Bus.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools to support automated build and deployment workflows.
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Parsippany, NJ. What you need to have to be considered
5-7 years of hands‑on experience.
Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, Angular, SQL Server, and Azure.
Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs.
Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
Familiarity with NoSQL technologies such as Cosmos DB or Couchbase.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional, Agile teams.
These will help you stand out
Experience with Azure DevOps, hybrid cloud environments, or GCP exposure.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and event‑driven design patterns.
Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance considerations.
Exposure to infrastructure‑as‑code, monitoring tools, and automated testing frameworks.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
