Position ObjectiveProvide nutritional support and guidance to patients undergoing treatment with Dutide-semaglutide in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, weight control and metabolism, through telephone support and remote monitoring, guaranteeing an empathetic, professional and results-oriented experience.Main FunctionsProvide patient care and follow-up via call center.Provide basic nutritional guidance and support during treatment. Resolve doubts related to dietary habits, adherence and general well-being of the patient. Record information and patient progress in internal systems. Provide periodic follow-up with patients to monitor progress and compliance with treatment. Escalate special cases or medical alerts to the corresponding team. Maintain cordial, clear and friendly communication.
