Job Description

At IRONSOLUTION we seek to incorporate Obstetricians / Health Advisors for 100% remote work, oriented to digital care, support and monitoring of users under internal protocols.

This position is ideal for newly registered obstetricians or those with initial experience, who want to develop in a formal, orderly environment with a focus on digital health.

Main functions

•\ Provide remote guidance and remote support to users.
•\ Resolve queries and provide guidance on health services and products.
•\ Carry out case follow-up according to internal protocols and guidelines.
•\ Record attention, incidents and reports in the company's systems.
•\ Escalate cases to management or the appropriate professional when necessary.
•\ Comply with scripts, protocols, internal policies and quality standards.

Requirements

•\ Professional degree in Obstetrics.
•\ Current tuition and qualification.
•\ Basic use of digital tools.
•\ Good verbal and written communication.
•\ Order, responsibility and monitoring capacity.
•\ Experience in patient care, teleorientation, monitoring or working with digital platforms is desirable.
•\ It is not essential to have extensive previous experience.

Conditions

• Modality: Total teleworking (100% remote)
• Entry to the payroll from the first day, in accordance with the current labor regime of the company (REMYPE microenterprise)
• Fixed monthly remuneration: S/ 1,500 (gross)
• Applicable law discounts (AFP or ONP according to the worker's choice)
Reference simulation:
\ Approximate net to receive: S/ 1,300
\ The company additionally assumes S/ 135 (9%) for payments to EsSalud on the gross amount, which provides EsSalud coverage.
• Working hours: rotating shifts according to operational programming (up to 48 hours per week)
• Initial training in protocols, tools and workflow
• Structured work under processes, metrics and continuous monitoring
