We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant.
Clients in teleworking mode
Main functions
Telephone contact with workers.
Update data in system.
Application of customer satisfaction surveys.
Other functions associated with the position.
Requirements
Technical training in Business Administration, Secretary, Assistant
Administrative or related career (not exclusive).
Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service by telephone.
Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a basic level.
Conditions
Net income: $280,000 monthly.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (20 hours per week).
Modality: Teleworking.
