We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant.
Clients in teleworking mode
Main functions
 Telephone contact with workers.
 Update data in system.
 Application of customer satisfaction surveys.
 Other functions associated with the position.

Requirements
 Technical training in Business Administration, Secretary, Assistant
Administrative or related career (not exclusive).
 Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service by telephone.
 Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a basic level.
Conditions
 Net income: $280,000 monthly.
 Hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (20 hours per week).
 Modality: Teleworking.
