Responsibilities:
Supervise SOFOM regulatory compliance.
Guarantee compliance with the provisions issued by CONDUSEF and the regulations regarding PLD/FT.
Review and update policies, procedures and internal controls.
Provide advice on regulatory compliance, labor law and corporate law.
Respond to requirements from regulatory authorities and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.
Comply with monthly compliance obligations and reports.
Requirements:
Experience as a Compliance Officer or in regulatory compliance areas.
Knowledge of the regulations applicable to SOFOM, PLD/FT and Mexican financial legislation.
Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and corporate law.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly goals.
High level of responsibility, professional ethics and confidentiality.
