SEM / SEO Analyst Jr. - Sr.\nMain responsibilities\nDesign, implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads and other performance platforms.\nManage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Remarketing campaigns.\nMonitor KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, CAC) and propose improvement actions continues.\nManage and optimize the advertising investment assumption.\nAnalyze user behavior using Google Analytics 4 and generate reports with actionable insights.\nDetect growth opportunities through keyword analysis, search trends and competence.\nWork together with eCommerce, Commercial and Commercial teams Contents to maximize channel performance.\nCollaborate in SEO initiatives, carrying out keyword research, positioning analysis and monitoring opportunities for improvement.\nParticipate in A/B tests on ads, landing pages and creativity.\n\nRequirements\nAdvanced student or graduate in Marketing, Commercialization, Advertising, Systems, Engineering or careers related.\nAt least 1 year of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.\nExperience using Google Analytics 4.\nKnowledge of Google Tag Manager.\nKnowledge of SEO On Page and Keyword Research.\nManagement of tools such as Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar.\nKnowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (dynamic tables, functions and data analysis).\nAnalytical capacity and results orientation.\nIt will be valued\nGoogle Ads and Google Analytics Certifications.\nExperience in eCommerce or Retail.\nKnowledge of Merchant Center and Shopping campaigns.\nExperience with Microsoft Ads.\nKnowledge of Looker Studio.\nExperience using AI tools to optimize campaigns and generation of reports.\nDesirable: Experience managing investment assumptions exceeding ARS $100 million monthly and campaigns oriented to eCommerce (Shopping, Performance Max and dynamic remarketing).\nThe work mode is 100% remote, from midnight to midnight 8:00 am 17:00hs.\nWe propose:\nYour free cumpleaños day!\nImmediate participation in four-month incentives.\nMonthly compensation for telework expenses.\nTechnological resources.\nBonifications on your purchases.\n New birthday.\nSchool set for school-aged children.\nY much more!",
