We are looking for an advanced arrears manager for our central administration! \nPurpose of the role\nComprehensively manage the portfolio of clients in late arrears, leading recovery strategies, going to court and coordination with internal and external actors, with the aim of maximizing collection, optimizing processes and contributing to the financial sustainability of the business.\nMain responsibilities and actions\nLeading the management of advanced arrears, defining recovery strategies and prioritization of accounts.\nCoordinate the transfer of accounts to court, ensuring the compliance with legal and documentary requirements by jurisdiction.\nManage the relationship with external legal firms, banks and other providers linked to recovery.\nDesign, execute and monitor special collection campaigns and recovery alternatives.\nDefine and control the monthly volume of accounts to be judicialized, assigned or recovered.\nSupervise and optimize the process of issuance and control of promissory notes and documentation of the area.\nAnalyze management indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements in processes, policies and team structure.\nLead and develop the team of advanced arrears analysts and administrators.\nProvide support and training to branches on credit, arrears and bad debt prevention issues.\nParticipate in updating regulations and criteria of the area.\nRequired profile\nMinimum experience of 2 years in similar positions, leading teams.\nKnowledge in arrears management, collections, judicial processes and credit risk.\nTraining university degree in Legal Sciences, Accounting, Administration or similar (not exclusive).\nResults orientation, analytical capacity, leadership and decision making.\nJob conditions\nMode: 100% Remote.
