Position Summary
PA Logistics Group is a growing logistics and transportation company operating in ground transportation, brokerage, warehousing and freight forwarding, based in the United States. We are hiring a member for the operations team to support the team with daily shipping and manage day-to-day accounting and billing operations.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position focused on execution, precision and responsibility.
50% of your workload will be responsible for maintaining clean accounting books, managing accounts receivable and payable cycles, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial visibility for operations and leadership. The other 50% will be supporting the operations team in coordinating shipment reservations, verifying carriers and communicating with customers. The position requires a solid understanding of US-specific logistics operations and accounting, including payments to carriers and billing to customers.
You will work closely with operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure financial records are accurate, timely, and audit-ready, while helping to establish scalable accounting processes to support growth.
Key Responsibilities - Operations

Reserve carriers for shipments
Monitor and track shipments
Manage entries in TMS
Carrier search

Key Responsibilities – Billing/Accounts

Daily verification of invoices and sending to clients
Daily verification of carrier invoices and payment approval
Manage daily accounting and recording activities across all operations
Manage accounts receivable, including customer billing, collection tracking, and payment application
Manage accounts payable, including payments to carriers, supplier invoices, and expense reimbursements
Coordinate with factoring companies, banks and payment processors

Requirements
Advanced level of English (essential)
Experience in logistics and transportation in the US (freight brokerage)
Experience in billing or accounting, preferably in logistics, transportation, 3PL or supply chain
High attention to detail and precision
Organized, reliable and able to meet recurring deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
