An important international organization dedicated to environmental protection is looking for Part-time Call Center Operators to join our membership recruitment team. Responsibilities:

-Make phone calls to potential partners to introduce them to the organization's work and motivate their support through recurring donations.
-Manage to obtain the greatest number of members possible during the month.
-Inform about the different current campaigns maintained by the foundation.
-Identify opportunities to increase the membership base and achieve fundraising objectives.
-Record information about potential partners accurately and in detail in the database.
-Ensure the correct filling out of the forms.
-Answer questions and ensure that the potential partner has all the necessary information.
-Be representatives of the NGO and raise people's awareness about environmental problems.
-Maintain general behavior aligned with the NGO's values, regarding respect for people and the environment.
-Report to your management and client any irregularity in the fulfillment of the service.
-Preparation of reports and documents according to requirements

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a Call Center of at least 6 months in the last 2 years, in DIRECT SALES and NEW customer acquisition (EXCLUSIVE).
-Management of Microsoft Office tools at user level
-Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
-Empathy and ability to generate empathy towards the cause of the NGO.
-Management of communication tools (Zoom, Teams or any other). (EXCLUSIVE)
-Computer with internet access and availability to telework.
-Availability to work in PART TIME mode at established times.
-Very good diction, modulation and handling of objections.

We offer:

-Part-time contract of 28 hours a week, with teleworking modality from your home.
-Base salary of $320,000 plus commissions for each new member recruited.

-Schedule: The daily schedule will be distributed according to the following shifts:
SHIFT 1: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
SHIFT2: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
SHIFT 3: Monday to Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
SHIFT4: Monday to Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The worker will have the right to 30 minutes a day for snacks from Monday to Thursday.
