Relational databases).\n Experience in executing backups, monitoring databases and reviewing logs.\n Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.\n Knowledge of monitoring or incident management tools is desirable.\n Availability to work rotating shifts (including early mornings).\nFUNCTIONS:\n1. Attend and manage level 1 incidents related to databases (slowness, crashes, errors in applications, basic information recovery).\n2. Execute SQL queries for data validation, updating and analysis.\n3. Monitor the status of the databases, identifying alerts and possible incidents.\n4. Run backups and support information recovery processes.\n5. Record, escalate and track incidents through ticketing tools.\n6. Prepare operational reports and management indicators.\n7. Support the automation of basic operational tasks.\n8. Carry out the notification and closure of tickets or requirements addressed.\n9.
