PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Video Production Operator is responsible for ensuring that video production runs continuously, orderly and predictably.
Your job is to ensure that:
Editors are never blocked
Tasks are always ready to run
The volume of videos is constant
Editing speed is measurable
Management has full visibility of performance
The right teams are notified when content is ready
This role is operational infrastructure, not creative leadership.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1️ Pre-Filming Operational Review
Review approved scripts before recording
Identify execution requirements:
Props
Products
Wardrobe
Locations
Shots or visual actions needed
Coordinate that everything is available before recording
Detect gaps that could cause re-recordings or editing blocks
You don't rewrite scripts
You don't change messages or strategy

2️ Raw Material Organization
Organize recorded videos by script
Keep names and folders clear
Version control
Archive material for future reuse

3️ Creation of Tasks for Editors (ClickUp)
Each task must include:
Screenplay
Links to raw material
B-roll or clear indication
Platform
Output format
Deadline
Priority
An editor should be able to get started without asking questions.

4️ B-Roll and Asset Libraries
Create and maintain reusable libraries

Tag by:
Emotion
Theme
Platform

Prepare “evergreen” tasks for weeks without recording

5️ QA and Review (Operational Only)
Review edited videos for:
Technical quality
Compliance with guidelines
Subtitles
Format
Obvious errors

No creative feedback
No hook or copy improvements

6️ Volume and Speed Control
Measure by editor:
Videos per week
Delivery time
Reviews
Delays
Push achievement of objectives
Escalate issues with data, not opinions

7️Distribution and Active Notification
Actively notify when videos are:

Ready for review
Approved and final

Ensure they are informed:
Social Media Team
CO.O.
Ads Team
CEO (when applicable)
Confirm access, correct files and clarity
No “assume someone saw it.”

8 Reports and Visibility
Provide continuous monitoring of:
Editing speed
Volume
Backlog

Prepare objective reports on:
Total production
Individual editor performance
Participate in monthly manager meetings presenting data
You report facts. You don't make personnel decisions.

9️Documentation and SOPs (MANDATORY)
Document all your processes
Create and maintain clear and updated SOPs
Ensure that the role can be replaced without friction
Documentation is part of the job, not optional.

Reports to: COO or Head of Organic Social Performance

LANGUAGES (REQUIRED)
Spanish: Native or fluent
English: MANDATORY reading comprehension

You must be able to:
Read SOPs in English
Understand instructions and feedback in English
Communicate basic updates in English

Oral fluency is not required.
CONDITIONS
Full time (40 hrs/week)
100% remote

COMPENSATION
$900 – $1,100 USD monthly
