We are a Call Center specialized in the telephone sale of natural products for clients in Spain and Latin America.

We are looking for people with commercial experience, good communication, listening skills and, above all, the ability to turn a conversation into a sale.

?? HOW DOES OUR SALES MODEL WORK?

You won't have to search for clients or make cold calls.

We work mainly with clients in a SECOND TOUCH mode.

This means that the customers you receive have already had contact with our products or have even consumed them.

Therefore, your work will be much more than simply offering a product:

?? Investigate: find out what you used, what your experience was like, and what you currently need.

?? Listen: identify the client's needs and possible difficulties.

?? Provide information: correctly explain the benefits and features of the product.

?? Present alternatives: offer options that fit the client's needs.

?? Manage objections: resolve doubts and build trust.

?? Close the sale: turn the management into a new business opportunity.

?? Correctly record the information of each client.

We are looking for sellers, not just operators.

Productivity, effectiveness and closing capacity will be fundamental within our operation.

100% REMOTE MODE

You will work from home, so it is essential to have:

Own computer in good condition.

Stable Internet with direct network cable connection.
It is not recommended to work exclusively over Wi-Fi.

Own headband suitable for making calls.

Adequate workspace

Stable connection throughout the day.

Availability to meet the established schedule.

WORK SCHEDULE

The operation operates a 42-hour work week, from Monday to Saturday.

Monday to Saturday:

7:00 a.m. m. to 2:30 p.m. m.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Our compensation model is made up of:

PAYMENT PER CONNECTION HOUR

It is paid in dollars (USD) according to the hours actually connected and managed.

Payment is made through Binance.

COMMITTEES

In addition to hourly pay, you can generate commissions on sales made.

Commissions are paid in Colombian pesos (COP).

Salary/hour payment: between the 10th and 15th of each month.

Payment of commissions: between the 20th and 25th of each month.

IMPORTANT ABOUT THE WORK MODALITY

This opportunity does not include a formal employment contract.

Income will depend directly on your productivity, effectiveness and business results.
