Main functions
* Update and maintain operational databases.
* Execute loading, validation and information control processes.
* Support in the preparation and updating of reports and indicators in Power BI.
* Develop and maintain SQL queries for generating reports and metrics.
* Validate the quality and integrity of information.
* Provide support in the preparation of campaigns and management bases.
* Collaborate with the areas of Operations, Strategy and Calidad to optimize the use of information.

Requirements:
* Final cycle student, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Administration or related careers.
* Minimum 1 year experience in similar positions.
* Mastery of Excel at an advanced level. *(Exclusive)*
* SQL management at an intermediate level. *(Exclusive)*
* Management of Power BI at an intermediate level. *(Exclusive)*
* Experience handling large volumes of information.
* Desirable experience in Contact Center companies, Collections or BPO.
* Desirable knowledge of BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Looker Studio or Python.

Requirements for remote work
* Have PC or laptop tools (Intel Core i5 or higher processor, minimum 8 GB RAM, stable internet connection, Windows 10 operating system, USB headset and web camera)
* Adequate space to carry out remote work.
