Responsibilities
Cybersecurity
Security alert monitoring (SIEM / dashboards)
Identification and classification of low risk events
False positive validation
Incident escalation according to procedures
Vulnerability management
Running vulnerability scans
Validation of assets (servers, VMs, endpoints)
Follow-up on remediations
Generation of basic operational reports
Azure / Cloud – Operational Support
Support in basic configuration of users, groups and accesses
Support in MFA and conditional access
Account and access monitoring
Execution of changes under supervision
PIM/MFA
Enabling temporary access via PIM
MFA Incident Support
Privileged access monitoring
Operational reports
Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
VM monitoring
Support in creating/deleting VMs
Verification of snapshots and patches
Coordination with infrastructure teams
Requirements
Technical or university degree in Systems, information security, IT or related fields
Experience between 1 or 2 years (junior) in IT / security / support
Basic knowledge in:
- Cybersecurity
- Azure / cloud environments
- Virtualization
- Access management (MFA / PIM)
Good attitude, responsibility and orientation to learning
Work 100% remote
Working hours: 6:00 am until 16:00 pm
