Know the basic architecture of Dell NetWorker.
Review successful and unsuccessful jobs.
Restart backups when the procedure allows it.
Monitor daily backups.
Interpret basic error codes / Identify the probable cause of failures.
Validate available space on backup devices.
Review basic logs.
Basic tape management (if physical libraries exist).
Validate backup policies.
Incident scale.
Know basic Linux.
Data Domain support
Restorations
Job Responsibilities
Perform advanced operations in NetWorker and Data Domain.
Provide intermediate level 1 technical support.
Collaborate in resolving incidents and technical problems.
