Job Description

We are an international company in the iGaming (online casino) sector and we are looking for customer service operators to work with users in Argentina.

*Responsibilities:
Customer service via chat and email
Assistance to users on payment issues, accounts and platform operation
Query management and problem resolution
Escalation of complex cases to the corresponding departments
Registration and tracking of requests

*Requirements:
Residence in Argentina
Fluent Spanish (native level)
Intermediate English (chat/email)
Experience in customer service will be valued
Good use of PC and internet
Responsibility, stress tolerance and good communication skills

*Will be valued:
iGaming / online casino experience
Knowledge of payment systems in Argentina
Experience with CRM systems
