Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Services Operator to support the management and resolution of requirements associated with internal digital services. The role involves user service, basic incident analysis, execution of reports and operational support in critical processes.

Mode: Remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 44 hours per week, office hours
Availability: Possibility of working overtime in periods of greater workload
Project duration: December 2025 to April 2026
Net income: $600,000 CLP per month

Main responsibilities
Address and derive requirements from internal users related to institutional digital services.
Run periodic reports on tickets and request status.
Support relevant operational processes, ensuring compliance and continuity of service.
Carry out procedures with the different internal areas to resolve requests and coordinate actions.
Contribute to the correct functioning of digital services through the application of good practices.

Position requirements
Technical training in IT, Systems or related career.
Basic knowledge of IT support, notions of digital systems, SAP or similar platforms.
Previous experience in computer support or help desks is desirable.
Good communication skills, service orientation and collaborative work.
Proactivity and ability to adapt to variable operational loads.
