Denken Solutions Inc is an IT company with 15 years of experience with offices at California, Canada, India and Mexico, providing IT solutions in the United States.\nThe role is 100% remote from any location in Mexico. The client is located in the United States, so a fluent conversational English level is required because you will work with the US Market.\nHiring: Prestador de Servicios (Se solicitará factura timbrada por el SAT/ RESICO, Persona Física con Actividades Empresariales, etc)\nLabor Days: Mon- Fri from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST\nSalary: Up to $25,000 MXN gross\nJob Duties:\nHandle critical communication flow, coordinating across teams, managing marketing function, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.\nAnswer the owners phone calls; field inquiries, route urgent matters, screen communications.\nManage email inbox (High level, Gmail, Outlook) using claude AI; draft replies, flag strategic matters.\nHandle text message follow-ups and client/vendor communication.\nCoordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and city departments.\nMaintain organized project files, contracts, invoices, permits, and documentation.\nPrepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure action items are tracked.\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, and status across all active jobs.\nSend and track invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.\nCoordinate with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on schedule, scope, and materials.\nTrack material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor approvals.\nPrepare project status reports, change orders, and scope documents.\nFollow up on project delays, vendor lead times, and inspection scheduling.\nSupport payroll, timesheets, and subcontractor documentation.\nManage day-to-day direction for marketing team (Meta Ads manager, content creators, designers).\nReview campaign performance, approvals, and deliverables.\nCoordinate marketing calendar, content briefs, and social media posting.\nTrack marketing budget, ROI metrics, and vendor accountability.\nSkills:\nMust have 1-3 years of experience in construction operations, project coordination, or executive assistant role\nExperience in Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace\nExperience in Excellent written and verbal communication skills\nExperience in Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines\nProactive problem-solving; able to anticipate needs and resolve issues independently\nDetail-oriented; reliable and dependable\nAbility to read construction plans and understand basic construction terminology",
