Job Description

Position: In-House Logistics Architect

We are a fast-growing logistics company operating in North America, building a scalable operational system focused on clarity, continuous improvement, and accountability.

This role is responsible for designing, structuring, and optimizing our last-mile and fulfillment operations. During the initial phase, the role will temporarily participate in dispatch operations to deeply understand real workflows and constraints.

This is not a dispatcher role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems and enjoys building processes from scratch, with a clear path toward Operations Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end logistics processes and operational workflows.

Create SOPs, routing logic, escalation paths, and performance standards.

Analyze operational data and define KPIs (cost per delivery, on-time rate, cycle time).

Apply Lean principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.

Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales.

Requirements

Background in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain.

Strong analytical and system design skills.

Advanced Excel; Power BI / SQL is a plus.

Experience designing processes or operational systems.

What We Offer

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 MXN net per month
