Job Description
We are looking for a manager to coordinate part of the remote team of contractors in Latin America. The person will be responsible for overseeing team productivity, managing onboarding, resolving operational incidents, and ensuring the daily running of operations. It is a position for organized, autonomous profiles with experience managing distributed teams in remote and dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise remote teams of contractors, ensuring productivity and good operational performance.
Coordinate the onboarding of new collaborators and support their integration into the workflow.
Resolve operational, technical or incidents related to internal processes.
Monitor team performance and productivity metrics.
Detect team expansion needs and coordinate incorporation processes.
Prepare operational KPI reports and share insights with leadership.
Maintain constant asynchronous communication with the team and managers through Slack.
Support remote team retention and stability initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience managing remote teams, online communities, BPO operations or distributed teams of at least 20 active people.
Ability to evaluate profiles and detect talent quickly.
Organization and autonomy to work completely remotely and asynchronously.
Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent level of English (Spanish valued).
Ability to work with metrics, productivity and operational monitoring.

Salary to receive
$700 / Weekly
