Growing landscaping company seeks Operations Specialist (Spanish/English) to support scheduling, systems and communication with teams and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule management in LMN
- Coordination of bilingual teams
- Updating data in LMN/CRM
- Communication by email and VOIP
- Support in processes and training

Requirements:
- 2–4+ years in operations or field services
- Fluid Spanish and English
- Experience with LMN or Aspire (plus)
- Organized and autonomous profile

Conditions
- Paid in USD (15 y 30)
- 20 hrs/week, flexible schedule (partial PST)
- 100% remote
