Junior Opportunity | B2B Jr. Sales Representative (No experience)

We are looking for a B2B Jr. Sales Representative for an industrial services provider, aimed at young profiles, with a commercial attitude, desire to learn and develop.

Position: B2B Jr. Sales Representative
Number of vacancies: 1
Admission: Immediate
Hiring modality: Monotax (initial trial period)
Work mode: Remote
Includes initial face-to-face training and eventual commercial visits
Schedule: Part time – 4 hours a day
Monday to Friday | Morning or afternoon shift to be agreed

About the company
The company provides industrial surface treatment services (floors, ceilings and walls) for companies and industries: plants, factories, warehouses, meat processing plants, distributors and corporate buildings.
Work with high tickets, allowing for attractive commissions and milestone bonuses.

What are you going to do?
Cold prospect and develop a B2B client portfolio.
Detect companies in need of industrial services.
Contact area managers and present the commercial proposal.
Generate opportunities, coordinate meetings and follow up with prospects.
Register and organize the commercial pipeline.
Meet defined business objectives and metrics.

Profile we are looking for (exclusive)
Complete secondary.
University student of Business Administration, Commercialization, Marketing, Commercial Management or careers linked to business and sales.
Age: 19 to 25 years.
Residence in CABA or GBA.
Basic use of Excel.
Use of LinkedIn for search and business contact.
Good oral and written communication.
Organized, methodical profile and eager to learn.

It is valued (not exclusive)
Basic notions of B2B sales.
Previous experience in sales, call center or customer service.
