We are Enet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company selling OEM and aftermarket auto parts across North America.\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer from Latin America to manage and process daily orders. This is a long-term, full-time remote opportunity with stable hours.\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \

Responsibilities\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Process daily orders from eBay, Amazon, and other platforms\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer details\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Check stock and coordinate backorders or alternatives\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Create shipping labels and invoices\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Handle returns and refunds (RMA process)\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Update spreadsheets/CRM and provide daily summaries\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Working Hours\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto time (aligned with your local time zone)\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Requirements\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Fluent English (written and spoken)\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Strong attention to detail and organization\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Ability to manage multiple orders at once\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Good internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ 
Experience with Google Sheets or Excel\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \
