Otorhinolaryngologist
MIDOCONLINE is looking for an Otorhinolaryngologist in Puebla, Puebla
Purpose of the position
Provide specialized medical care for ear, nose and throat conditions through MIDOCONLINE platforms, guaranteeing timely diagnoses, safe clinical guidance, continuity of treatment and adequate referral to in-person care when the case warrants it.

Main roles and responsibilities
Clinical care
Conduct virtual consultations for evaluation, control and guidance of ear, nose and throat diseases.
Develop evidence-based clinical management plans for conditions such as rhinitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, otitis, vertigo, snoring, suspected apnea, ENT allergies, voice disorders and others.
Interpret studies sent digitally: audiometry, tympanometry, previous endoscopy, CT scan of the paranasal sinuses or neck, laboratories, etc.
Detect alarm signs that warrant in-person or urgent attention, indicating timely referral.
Issue electronic prescriptions and request complementary studies according to clinical need.
Follow up on chronic patients (allergies, rhinitis, recurrent vertigo, voice problems, suspected apnea).
Follow the regulations regarding clinical records and medical consultation.
Have empathy in caring for the patient.
Guide the patient towards comprehensive and interdisciplinary treatments.

Patient education and support
Explain diagnoses and treatments in a clear and educational way through video call or chat.
Promote preventive measures, ear hygiene, nasal and pharyngeal health.
Resolve post-consultation doubts within the times established by the platform.
Documentation and compliance
Record all information in the electronic clinical record in accordance with health regulations.
Comply with internal telemedicine protocols, digital triage.

Requirements:

Medical degree certificate. INDISPENSABLE.
Otorhinolaryngologist specialty certificate ESSENTIAL.
2 years as an ESSENTIAL Otorhinolaryngologist.

Working conditions:
5 hour schedule from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 8pm or 4pm to 9pm.

Gross monthly salary: 20,000 pesos.
