Job Description
Paid Media Analyst, Programmatic and Paid Social
Location: Colombia, remote
Schedule: Full time, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
Compensation: $2,000 USD per month
English requirement: Fluent professional English
Build campaigns that are expected to perform
Workspark is recruiting an experienced Paid Media Analyst to join the media team of a US marketing agency.
This is a hands on execution role for someone who understands how programmatic and paid social campaigns are built, monitored, optimized, and improved. You will work inside an established agency team, support active client accounts, and take ownership of recurring campaign work.
We are not looking for someone who has only reviewed reports, boosted posts, or observed campaigns from the sidelines. We want someone who knows the platforms, notices problems early, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to complete the work without constant supervision.
What you will do:
• Build and launch programmatic and paid social campaigns
• Manage targeting, budgets, flight dates, creative requirements, and campaign settings
• Monitor performance and make informed optimizations
• Track pacing and identify budget or delivery issues early
• Run tests and experiments to improve campaign performance
• Support recurring reporting using platform exports, Excel, dashboards, and PowerPoint
• Review campaign data and provide clear recommendations
• Complete quality assurance before campaigns or updates are finalized
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Communicate progress, questions, risks, and delays through Slack and Asana
What we are looking for:
• At least two years of hands on programmatic or paid social campaign experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with a major DSP such as The Trade Desk or DV360
• The Trade Desk experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with campaign builds, optimization, budget pacing, reporting, and quality assurance
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with campaign data
• Experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and personal accountability
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken
English matters in this role
You will work with a US based team entirely in English. You must be comfortable participating in meetings, understanding instructions, asking questions, explaining campaign decisions, and writing clear updates.
The interview process will be conducted in English.
How you will succeed:
The strongest person for this role does not wait until a deadline has passed to mention a problem.
You communicate early, ask thoughtful questions, manage your workload, and take responsibility for getting the work completed correctly. Within your first 90 days, the team should trust you to independently manage assigned campaigns and recurring responsibilities.
This role is not a fit if:
• Your experience is mainly organic social media, community management, or content creation
• You have only reviewed campaign reports without directly managing campaigns
• You need detailed instructions for every optimization or next step
• You avoid asking questions when something is unclear
• You are not comfortable working and communicating entirely in English
About the employment arrangement:
You will be hired as a full time Workspark employee and embedded with a US marketing agency. The agency will train you on its accounts, systems, and processes, direct your daily work, and manage your performance expectations.
Workspark will handle payroll, human resources administration, and ongoing employee support.
Keep in Mind:
We will want you to clearly identify the programmatic and paid social platforms you have personally used and the campaign responsibilities you directly owned.
We are looking for real platform experience, excellent English, sound judgment, and evidence that you can take ownership of the work.
