This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end and making decisions driven by data, testing, and performance insights.\n Key Responsibilities\nPlan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads\nDevelop strategies aligned with brand, growth, and performance goals\nConduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis\nCreate, test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages\nMonitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and optimize ROI\nRun A/B tests across ads, audiences, and funnels\nPrepare performance reports and share insights and recommendations\nSupport remarketing, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives\n Required Skills & Experience\n35 years of experience managing paid media campaigns end-to-end\nStrong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager\nExperience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking\nSolid understanding of paid media metrics and performance optimization\nStrong analytical skills and experience optimizing ad copy and creatives\nAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously\nBasic knowledge of SEO and email marketing\nDetail-oriented with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset\nEnglish level: C1 or higher\n Join Us\nReady to turn data into results?
