Paid Media Specialist (Remote)\n\nWe are looking for a detailoriented, organized, and proactive Remote Paid Media Specialist to support a performancedriven marketing team working with a U.S.based client. The role is focused on handson campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis, primarily across Google Ads (Search) and supporting paid channels.\nThis position works closely with senior marketers and follows established strategies and processes to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, optimized consistently, and reported clearly. It is an executionfocused role, not a leadership or senior strategy position.\nThis is a 100% remote position, open to candidates located in Latin America, with functional to professional English required to communicate with a U.S.based team.\nThe role follows a flexible schedule aligned with U.S. Central Time (CST), approximately between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.\nResponsibilities\nSet up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads (Search).\nSupport additional paid channels as needed (primarily Meta Ads).\nMonitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion quality.\nPerform keyword research, bid adjustments, search term analysis, and account structure optimization.\nExecute and document A/B tests on ads, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.\nBuild, update, and maintain performance reports and tracking spreadsheets.\nAnalyze campaign data to identify trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.\nEnsure correct tracking and measurement (GA4; Google Tag Manager knowledge is a plus).\nOrganize campaign documentation, reports, and supporting materials.\nCommunicate performance updates, questions, and insights via email and internal tools.\nProvide operational support to senior team members as needed.\nRequirements, Skills, and Qualifications\n1.5 to 4 years of experience in roles related to:\nPaid Media / Performance Marketing\nGoogle Ads campaign management\nDigital marketing execution\nHandson experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns (required).\nExperience with Meta Ads is a strong plus.\nAbility to interpret campaign data and optimize based on KPIs.\nBasic knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently in a remote environment.\nOrganized, reliable, and processdriven profile.\nComfort working in a midlevel, executionfocused role.\nExperience in lead generation or performancefocused industries is a plus.\nPosition Details\nType: FullTime\nWork Mode: Remote\nLocation: Latin America\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, flexible hours aligned with U.S. Central Time (approx. 8:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. CST)\nEnglish Level: Functional to Professional (spoken and written)\nExperience Level: MidLevel / EarlySenior (not a leadership role)\nIndustry: Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Paid Media",
