Paralegal Specialist in Personal Injury Law

Mode: 100% Remote / Monday to Friday 8: CT to 5: PM CT
Location: Colombia

Are you passionate about the legal world and want to be part of a dynamic team? This opportunity is for you! We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegals to provide key support to our client specializing in personal injury law.
This role combines case management and legal expertise, with a focus on pre-litigation and litigation.
Main responsibilities
Contact clients and insurance companies.
Upload and update information in MyCase.
Confirm medical providers and coordinate appointments (DME, Discovery, Deposition, Mediation).
Prepare lawsuits, discovery files and exhibits (loss of income).
Request information and send communications (emails/faxes) to insurers, clients and suppliers.
Create new cases and attend team meetings.
Manage letters of representation (LOR) and contact links.
Profile and skills
Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work in dynamic environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in administrative roles (desirable).
Results orientation, creativity and ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge and experience as a Paralegal.
