This role combines case management and legal expertise, with a focus on pre-litigation and litigation support.\n\nMain responsibilities:\n Calls to clients, insurance and medical providers\n Updating and uploading information to MyCase\n Scheduling DME, Discovery Sessions, Deposition, Mediation and TSO\n Preparing claims and Discovery files\n Sending emails/faxes to insurance, clients and providers\n Creating new cases and participating in litigation meetings team\n\nRequirements:\n Experience in personal injury (mandatory)\n Be a lawyer (essential) or solid experience in English-speaking law firms\n English B2+ to C1 (fluent and natural)\n Ability to work under pressure\n Proactive and results-oriented attitude\n\nKey competencies:\n Organization and attention to detail\n Excellent communication skills\n Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines\n\n Do you meet the requirements?
